2011-Predictions from a warm winter,,, bigger sharks earlier

From every idication including the number of big bull sharks caught this year,the warmer then normal winter we've been expieriencing in the state this will be a very good spring for the land-based shark fishermen that applies himself.Just last night another three bull sharks were landed (2 over 6 foot ,one 8 ft 3 in) and one that fried a Penn 9/0 ,got stuck on some underwater obstruction, and is still being pursued as of this morning.From our long expierience when the bulls show up early January and February it indicates a HOT SPRING BITE.West coast lemon shark by John,Tigers and hammers at the Lake Worth pier ,big bulls from Key West to Palm Beach ,the blacktip migration in full swing,and other vital indicators we can see the proof that the warmer water is creating oppurtunities for the savvy observent shark hunter.This will mean big bulls up to 9 feet plus ripping 14/0's up on the Florida keys bridges in March like in years past,this will probably mean that the tarpon show up a few weeks earlier then normal and of course the big azz HAMMERS are not far behind.Jensen big bulls up to 6oo lbs and Ft pierce MONSTER TIGERS early on and into the summer,,,,and the panhandle WATCH OUT!!! that place is open to any kind of monster in the book makos,tigers and an occasional huge hammer.Take advantage of years like this one because we get 2,3 ,4 years on lean winters to every Superb one such as the one we are seeing.Learn the signs,learn the seasons,learn the water conditions,bait school movements and the moon phases, and you will become that much better at pursuing giants on the coast.We are passing this knowledge along to everyone that cares to read what we write not because it benefits us in any way but because we want you to improve your catches ,,,plain and simple.Go out and "Cath a Monster".
