Friday afternoon I got picked up by hammer and my mom then we picked up adam and got to long key and met up with jd fagan, the tide was going under the bridge so we didn’t feel like fishing, right before we arrived Fagan caught a blacktip and didn’t get any pictures, but we saw some anglers from boca grande that just got a nurse (I gotta say they had some pretty extreme riggings). We all rested for tomorrow.
Next morning hammer was out to beat the mullet man and sure enough we were trolling live mullet down long key, jd Fagan got a cuda.
We decided long key was too dead beat so we made it down to 7-mile with live mullets and trolled those, jd Fagan got another cuda. I was busy with a stingray I snagged so hammer took my mullet and got a nice cuda.
By nightfall we had cudas, jacks, mullet, and a ray; tons of amazing fresh bait ready for anything.

The early bird gets the worm, jd puts a bait out on the 6/0 wide and gets mauled and tossed around the bridge like a rag doll-7ft lemon fought him hard
Adam hooks up hard on my 9/0-8ft nurse whooped…
Adam thought the nurse wasn’t fighting good enough, so he drops a shark rig on his penn black and gold spinner and horses in the biggest tipper caught all night-6ft
My whole ray got picked up followed by a few chomps then a steady slow run.

Fagan wasn’t done catchin sharks just yet
Lemon in the 8ft range
Adam lost 2 big sharks on his duel 12/0 wide and the last one straightened out a quad strength hook, insane drag on those reels…

Ended out with 3 lemons, 4 tippers, and 3 nurses... i got 1 lemon and 1 nurse, fagan got 2 lemons, adam got 1 tipper and 2 nurses, mom got 2 tippers, and hammer got 1 tipper

Awesome trip there guys. Geez 10 Sharks. Congrats. We went to a Bridge Friday night. We lost one under the bridge and my friend caught his first Shark. A 6ft Black Tip. Congrats again.
