Dreamed of it as a kid and finally realized it after many years of hard work.Getting that first 500 lb plus shark takes alot of determination and quite a few sleepless nights but it can be attained by anyone who wants it bad enough.Get yourself a partner who shares the same dream and put together a game plan.Make sure your fishing buddy is willing to put in the time it's gonna take ;then target the best spots at the right time of the year ,,,now hang on for dear life.

Heres the bigfish from this year......battled a 14ft tiger for 1hr45min for a pulled hook while tournement fishing :( and lost a nice hammer to a boat but thats fishing.....we roped this fish with about 30 just pupped out bulls swimming at our feet...we could get a girth measurement with just 3 of us there the fish was so fat probably had an 8ft girth and was a close to 12 ft !! I later fiound out that bulls under stress will pup out which was very intresting. We caught 3 fish over 500 that day the smallest one being taped out right at 500 mark.

Look at those stretch marks!

the release in the rocks

JJ Klarman submitted this fish for a ILSFA record.

We manged to get one more hooked up before sundown

It was during may when the fish were FAT...that fish reminded us of the one caught in stiltville that is posted on here...the girth was probably 8ft or more so im thinking 650+....she was stressed out during the end of the fight and pupped out about 25 pups all swimming around us while leadering the fish...at first we thought they were cobia lol..she could have been more then 650 but to get a measurement with 3 guys at the time would have been a little difficult...we just snapped some pics and released her.
