We are pro conservation of sharks so our focus has changed over the years away from the way we did things decades ago when we were young shark hunters catching sharks and today we still enjoy the thrill of catching a shark but are more pleased after every safe release. Thank you for participating.

Hello folks we are back and want to WELCOME EACH AND EVERY ONE OF YOU with a new and better website that is user friendly where you can easily upload pics and share your stories right from your cel phones or personal computer. The world of land based shark fishing has evolved quite a bit since this site started in 2008. Today the gear and tackle used has greatly improved and catching bigger sharks is possible to any fishermen willing to learn the secrets and put in the hard work. We are here as before to facilitate your improvement as a shark fishermen. This is also place where you can explore and read the history of the sport of land based shark fishing , the South Florida Shark Club and news related to the sport that can impact how you fish for sharks . You can read the stories see the pics and gain knowledge from the many top notch shark fishermen who have shared there stories and shared nuggets of information over the years to help you improve your skills.

We are always thinking of improving content so our site users can stay up to date with the newest advances in the sport .Drones and Remote Control boats are becoming more common place and make shark fishing in rough surf possible and less dangerous .We have allot to share here so please spread the word "we are back" . We are Florida based but make no mistake one of our primary goals is to reach and establish a relationship with with shark fishermen in the land-based shark fishing community wherever they may be.We have fishermen not only in the US but many other places such as South Africa ,Australia ,New Zealand ,the Pacific Islands and even Costa Rica, Panama ,and Argentina .This is a site where the common thread is a passion for shark fishing and a place where can share your story and learn some new tricks to up your gamr.
