Put out the everol, avet, and penn. 2 runs but nothing took. This morning went to coquina beach down the island a bit and ended up hooking into huge nurse..about 11ft! Had to fight this thing on my yak the entire time. Thought it was snagged so yak'd out there to get it out and turns out something was on it..a friend was on the back of the yak and flipped it over while I was fighting the fish :/ try swimming with a 30lb set-up lol while fighting a fish. It pulls me out about a mile, I needed a boats help after 2 hours of hell. First boat was a parasail biat that offered to take me up but cut my line..I asked him if I could fight it on his boat and he insisted to cut it so I refused his offer and still kept on fighting this damn thing until a pontoon boat comes out next and picks me up. I tell him WATCH YOUR MOTOR and of course! What happens..damn motor cut me off after all that. Figured a few people would enjoy this story. Wow that is crazy! Actually i think someone did legit cut the one down the beach but we will be fine either way lol I had one just vanish on me, one weekend it was there the next it was gone.
