Hows everybody doing? My name is Bandy and im from Brandon Florida. Ive been shark fishing for about a year now and have realized I found my passion in life other then my son. Im a 25 year old florida kracker and proud of it. I have one good teammate named Vance. We are still new and trying to learn as much as we can in a short period of time. We both really wanna join a club to make new friends and experience the thrills of shark fishing. We are both getting new 9/0 senators for the summer, and really wanna to catch some decent sharks. I want a bull he wants a tiger. Anybody know of any good spots around us? Or anyone planning a trip we could be a part of? So far weve caught countless baby blacktips, a few small spinners, a 4ft bull, and a 350lb goliath grouper. But we are wanting more with every catch. Everytime we think we got somthing decent our gear gives out, but that will change here shortly. Any help would be greatly appreciated and returned anyway we can. Everybody here def. looks like they know what there doing and we wanna be a part of it( hopefully a big part in the future ). Thanks for your time and really hope to get few replies and friends from this. Feel free to call either of us. Bandy- 813 681 8458 Vance- 813 917 7951. My email is jhbandy84@yahoo.com

P.S. Wanna be a great shark fisherman by the time my son is ready. I want him to see the joys of the great outdoors everyway possible.

hey guy's my names nick,I'm 16 and have been going with my buddies off the beach for about a year but really started fishing with them in the last 3 months . We fish all over palm beach, martin, and st. lucie counties. occansionally we'll fish with chris bishop and the rest of the blackbart guys. So far only decent thing I've gotten off the beach is a 6 or 7ft hammer. Out of our team we've gotten so far this year 5 lemons all over 8ft, an 8' 1" and 8' 3" bull, the little hammer and two tigers off juno pier. Lately hit's been slow for us on the beach and we're starting to fish the local bridges for those big bulls. Anyways here's a pic of my hammer.

Welcome to the site Nick.Buddy you're set to catch some big sharks because your area holds some of the biggest baddest sharks in Florida in variety of species and Chris Bishop and the the Juno boys are certainly top dawg hunters that you can learn lots from. Thanks for sharing with us.

ps,,,I know it's hard when you're young ,you're excited about your big shark but remember to get them hammers back in the water as soon as possible,,take your measurements, take your pics, get the hooks out and set em free.

Thanks will, we try to get em back in asap. That hammer was out of water for under a minute. Put the tail rope on her in the trough drug her on the beach got the hook out and back she went.
