Mike Palmer of Jensen Beach Florida has been a land based shark fisherman for over 30 years and is considered to be one the best landbased shark fisherman on the East coast of Florida and a well known authority in everything relating to sharks and there habits.Mike and his good friend Zack Meyer make up Team Oldskool together they have caught some of the most impressive sharks from the shores of Jensen Beach and the surrounding counties.Mike Palmer has put in his time shark fishing and he has been rewarded for his consistency with a vast knowledge of shark fishing from the shores of this state.Mike was one of the first to promote catch and release of all sharks caught as a new way to do things to preserve the shark populations.Mike Palmer is a multi faceted fisherman that has also worked in the fishing industry most of his adult life and has even designed some of the rod blanks that are commonly used to catch sharks from Florida's shores.We congratulate Mike Palmer for his contributions to the land based shark fisherman.

i know what ya mean partner, life throws us curve balls all the time, yet we still have to regather ourselves after a while and keep doing what we love.
i just had a baby girl and with that and the economy i went from a 33 plus shark year to 0 this year lol

In my own personal opinion people here at SFSC are less likely to BEAT down another sites bad luck and or bad participants......
It wasn't a SFSC event so no reason for us beat a dead horse 
Mike is a person that i don't even know, BUT he is human and made some very bad decisions.
So now he will pay the price...end of story.
