I am looking to build a 10 gator glass for the 12/0 what size reel seat will i need to be able to use a 12/0 and up or any of the larger senators avets etc. and where can i get them in diff colors thanks in advance links will be great as well

You need to find out the diameter Of the blank and you should be able to fit most reels. Go to mudhole

thanks all for the replys. about how much do the seats cost they look badass and im guessing imma have to use the largest one for the 12/0 to fit. ive looked at mudhole for the guides and grips as well neat place to just play around on

the reelseat may fit the reel but wnt fit down the rod. unless u like a 30 plus inch butt. the only reesleat that will work to fit down the rod is a stuart #6 reelseat. u are able to cut the rod down to 9ft and have a 22inch butt with a 26mm reelseat tho too.
