Wanted to post this pic because we have never seen a shark like this. It looked as if it was bitten while being pulled in. The wounds were bleeding fresh blood and the entire shark was covered in bites. The larger bite on its back was over a foot wide.

This was a great catch. This ray had 7 barbs and as you can see, it flipped it's tail almost whipping Clint in the face so the pics were difficult.

TEAM SHARKS AFTER DARK

The past few days have been amazing and very busy with 3 to 4 sharks being caught each day. Every shark caught below was from the beach.
SOME of the pics are only for numbers and not for largest shark so we took only enough pics to show that they were over 5ft and had the required items.

NOTE: This shark was bitten by a shark before we pulled it in. As you can see, it was 45inches at the second dorsal before it was bitten off. The pic we posted above was a 5ft blacktip that was only 41 inches at the second dorsal so we estimated that this shark was a minimum of 4 inches longer if not larger. I guess it explains why this shark made a run at first and then stopped. Clearly not a surviving shark but not because of anything we did. Posting it anyway.

I would like to Thank my Team Mates in no special order Joey Fernandez, Stephen Robledo, Eddy Tosco, Jesus Lluis for Entering this month long Shark Marathon Tournament, It was an Experience for them but not for myself on account I've done it before, I have a year to gather my thoughts to see if I'll be back next year its too long for myself and most probably this is my last year, I like the competition cause it pushes me to better myself but I'm not in my 20's anymore and there comes a time in everyone's life that you have to face it.
